Erin Silva founded Erin Keeps Bees after a career in project and program management, where she spent years managing complex operations. She's currently working toward certification through the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Texas Master Beekeeper Program, and she's an active member of the Texas Apiary Inspection Service (TAIS), the Texas Beekeepers Association, the Texas Natural Beekeepers Association, and the Texas Master Naturalist program.
 

Today, Erin manages hives across multiple apiary sites throughout  central Texas, offering live hive removals, agricultural land leasing, ongoing hive management, and handcrafted, custom-built hives for beekeepers starting or growing their own apiaries. Every colony she keeps is managed with a natural approach, with a commitment to responsibility and sustainability at the core of how she works.
